FACE GHANA

Safeguarding & Accountability

FACE GHANA is committed to conducting its work with respect for dignity, responsible engagement and care for the people and communities it serves.

Safeguarding and dignity

Children and vulnerable people must be treated with dignity and respect. Photographs, personal information and stories should only be collected and shared where there is an appropriate purpose, authorisation and consent, and where doing so does not create risk.

  • Prioritise safety, dignity and wellbeing
  • Respect privacy and handle personal data carefully
  • Use approved images and stories responsibly
  • Raise concerns through appropriate organisational channels
  • Expect respectful conduct from staff, volunteers and partners

Accountability

We value integrity, transparency, collaboration and responsible stewardship. We aim to communicate programme aims and reported results accurately and to improve our work through learning and feedback.

Questions or concerns

For a safeguarding-related concern or an accountability question, please contact FACE GHANA directly. Do not post confidential details about a child or vulnerable person in a public message.
